This page features all the experimental branch releases. Our experimental branch are usually updated multiple times a day and typically are perfectly safe to play, but you might want to back up your saves just in case we introduce a feature that will be changed during testing. Here are the changes since the last stable release:

# 1.74.17:
- NPC ships will not go into precision manoeuvring mode while engaged in combat anymore.
- Improved performance of burnfinding on single-core-bound systems.
- Improved performance of pending collision tests.
Feedback Focus: Performance, especially on CPU single-core-bound systems. The precision manoeuvring mode while engaged with multiple other ships, or in dense areas, could sometimes cause severe lag spikes. These performance improvements should eliminate all of these.

# 1.74.16:
- Grinders of Mining Companions installed in the back of a Cothon family of ships are now unlinked from your excavator. Opening these grinders could damage the reactor of such ship.
