Astrogation can cancel when trying to enter autopilt vector by hand

This happens when using autopilot controls (RMB) and manual (SHIFT) concurrently. RMB can cause your autopilot vector to adapt to minute changes in the velocities and end up in an opposite-to-astrogation position.
